Sold for $457,501 on Jan. 15, this four-bedroom townhouse was on the market since last March. It has three full bathrooms, a half bathroom, and 2,686 square feet of finished space. Built in 2020, it has an attached two-car garage, a deck, and a covered porch.

2. 34 Countryside Drive

Sold for $525,000 on Jan. 6, this four-bedroom colonial was on the market for just over four months. It has three full bathrooms and a half bathroom. It sits on 0.34 acres and has 3,196 square feet of finished space. Built in 1987, it has an attached two-car garage, a deck, patio, and in-ground pool.

1. 48 Juniper Ridge

Sold for $555,000 on Jan. 12, this five-bedroom colonial was on the market for less than three months. It has two full bathrooms, two three-quarter bathrooms, and a half bathroom. It sits on 0.41 acres and has 4,431 square feet of finished space. Built in 1996, the house has an attached two-car garage and a deck.
