While not an exhaustive list, here are three of the most-expensive Essex homes that were closed on in April 2021.

3. 5 Nicholas Court

Sold for $456,138 April 9, this four-bedroom colonial was on the market since mid-February. It has 3,480 square feet of finished space and 0.32 acres of land. The house closed for $6,328 above the listing price.


2. 38 Bobolink Circle

Sold for $460,000 April 1, this four-bedroom colonial was on the market since late January. It has 2,399 square feet of finished space and 0.45 acres of land. The house closed for $7,500 above the listing price.


1. 24 Cherokee Avenue

Sold for $475,000 April 12, this three-bedroom colonial was on the market since early January. It has 1,860 square feet of finished space and 0.38 acres of land. The house closed for $50,000 above the listing price.
