An Essex Jct. motorcyclist was arrested September 2 after failing to stop for police while traveling more than 100 mph on Interstate 89 in Colchester, a news release said.
Clayton Miller, 29, was heading southbound on I-89 when Colchester police attempted to pull him over. Miller failed to yield and fled from the officer, police said.
Moments later, a South Burlington police officer making a traffic stop observed Miller pass him at high speeds.
Miller was located at his place of employment shortly after the incident. He was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden Superior Court – Criminal Division on Tuesday morning.
