Former Representative Debbie Evans passed away on Friday, Sept. 3 at her home in Essex, Vt.

She was born in McKeesport, Pa. on July 27, 1952 and lived in Essex for 45 years with her husband Edward Evans. They have three sons — Paul, Andrew and Don — and a daughter Paige, and nine grandchildren. Debbie was the Representative for Essex Town in the Vermont House from 2005 through 2016.
