What to do this weekend, Feb. 12-14

Huzzah! Thank goodness its Friday. Take a moment this weekend to tell the important people in your life how much they mean to you. Romantic partner, best friend, grandparent — they all should feel the love. 

Whether you believe the myth about George Washington and the cherry tree or not, you could honor his birthday this weekend by baking a one-bowl cherry upside down cake. 

This weekend would be a great time to show some winter love to your favorite local farm. You could also take a staycation to southern Vermont, and spend the day in Bennington

Virtual Veneto Wine Tasting

Capital City Farmers Market

When: 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Where: 133 State St, Montpelier

Where: 20 Susie Wilson Rd, Essex Junction

Milton Winter Festival

When: Feb. 12-14

Where: Various locations and Virtual

“Love Letters Made Easy”
