Village Trustees President Andrew Brown was one of many speakers at Essex Junction's Amtrak welcome event on Monday. 

He thanked the event's organizers and Amtrak staff, and congratulated residents on their work slowing the spread of COVID-19.

Brown also advocated for much-needed renovations to the Essex Junction station, stating with urgency that funds are needed to make the space more functional and welcoming.
