Import/Export Compliance Program Leader Concept2, the market-leading manufacturer of stationary fitness ergometers and composite racing oars seeks an Import / Export Compliance Program Leader to join our team. The position is based at our Morrisville, VT headquarters, though it is currently remote. Primary responsibilities include: • Ensuring Concept2 is compliant with all applicable US Customs and Border Protection laws and regulations, and those of any other federal agencies governing the importation and exportation of merchandise to and from the United States. • Operating, auditing, and enhancing Concept2’s import and export compliance programs, policies and procedures. • Maintaining written import and export compliance manuals. • Liaising with outside attorneys, consultants, customs brokers and US CBP. • Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop policies and procedures, and to provide periodic compliance training. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 5 years import compliance, export compliance, supply chain management or similar experience.
