Possession of Marijuana

The Vermont State Police initiated a motor vehicle stop of Essex Junction resident Todd Putnam’s vehicle for a littering violation on Sunday. While speaking with Putnam, age 20, State Police learned there was marijuana in the vehicle, according to authorities. Consent to search the vehicle was obtained and marijuana and related paraphernalia were located and seized from the vehicle. Putnam was cited and released.
